Material Formulation: Grey Cast Iron GG20 / GG25 / FC250

Our rotors utilize high-carbon gray iron alloyed with copper and chromium to improve thermal damping properties. This increases resistance to heat checking (surface micro-cracking) and minimizes NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) levels, providing a stable friction coefficient under hard braking conditions typical of Texas hauling and performance applications.
